We offer a wide array of embroidered shirt choices for men, women and youth. Our shirts are available in various styles and sizes, including tall, youth extra small, and adult 6XL.

Polo shirts are the most popular choice for shirt embroidery because of their application in both business and recreation. Embroidered polo shirts are generally broken down by fabric type and content, but other elements differentiate between polo shirt styles. Cotton is a very popular fabric because it is soft and comfortable against the skin, making it ideal for indoor use where perspiration is not a concern. Polyester and poly/cotton blends have gained popularity because of their moisture wicking properties. These fabrics also usually offer superior wrinkle resistance and color retention versus cotton.

The second major category of embroidered shirts is woven shirts, often referred to as button down shirts. The material is woven as opposed to the “knit” fabric of polo shirts. Woven shirts also have several options based on style and fabric content. Cotton and poly/cotton blend are again the most popular. Cotton offers softness and comfort, and is ideal in an office environment. Poly/cotton blends offer the benefits of color retention and wrinkle resistance.
